This gentle yoga experince offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. Through mindful movemnet, guided breathing, and intentional rest, participants are supported in building comfort, awareness, and relaxation in a welcoming enviroment.

No yoga experience necessary
Modification to poses will be provided
