No prior experience with meditation, sound healing, or wellness practices is required.

Nestled among pine trees and overlooking the lake, Camp Courage offers a peaceful setting for reflection, healing, and connection with nature. Participants will enjoy time outdoors, lakeside views, and quiet spaces designed for rest and renewal.

Chakradance is a gentle movement practice using music, meditation, art, and free movement to help you connect with your body and shift energy. No choreography or experience is needed—just a willingness to move in your own way. This guided session supports grounding, awareness, and emotional release, followed by mandala art for reflection.
