What Would Bri Do dba Bri's Lodge License #X-94384. Need not be present to win. Must be 18 years old or older to purchase ticket or win prize. Winner responsible for any applicable fees or taxes. Andy's Towing will deliver prize for free if within Minnesota.
Prize: One Garden (1) Shed, donated by CoMitted 365 Roofing & Exterior, Beacon Building Products, Simonson Lumber, and American Door Works, to be delivered by Andy's Towing.
Customization: The winner can choose the paint color for the shed. Winner will sign off on color choice prior to painting and delivery
Delivery: Andy's Towing will deliver within the state of Minnesota. If the winner is out of state, they will be responsible for transportation costs.

Terms and Conditions: The winner is responsible for ensuring that the shed complies with their local building codes and regulations. The winner must provide a suitable location for shed delivery, as determined by the delivery company. The shed will be delivered "as is," and the winner assumes all risk and liability for its use. The winner must claim prize and schedule to be delivered within 45 days of drawing or the prize will be forfeited.
By Participation, entrants agree to release and hold harmless What Would Bri Do dba Bri's Lodge, the donors, and the delivery company for any liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to the raffle or prize.
