COPE Foundation

COPE is a nonprofit grief and healing organization helping parents and families living with the loss of a child. Started by bereaved parents, COPE now offers professionally led support groups, a grief support phone line, regular healing workshops, and hosts Camp Erin NYC.

– In person (Long Island/NYC) and virtual support groups for parents living with the loss of a child, adults living with the loss of a sibling, and young adults living with the loss of a close family member
– Virtual and in person (NY area) workshops for bereaved individuals to help them navigate and cope with their grief, find tools for support and healing, and connect with other families
– Camp Erin NYC, weekend long bereavement camp in August for 7-17 year olds with a corresponding parent/caregiver retreat
