Adult companioning
a safe place to share your griefGrief can arrive in many ways—sometimes quietly, sometimes like a wave that knocks us off balance. Losing someone we love can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. There is no “right” way to grieve, and no timetable for healing. Here, you are not alone. This is a space to pause, to breathe, and to find moments of comfort, understanding, and connection—small steps that can make a meaningful difference on your journey.
What is companioning?
A companion session is a one-on-one time of support for anyone navigating the loss of a loved one. These sessions provide a safe, comfortable space to share your story, explore difficult emotions, and feel truly heard—without judgment. Companioning is not therapy or clinical counseling, but a supportive presence walking alongside you in your grief.
