Center for Life Transitions
Center for Life Transitions is a non-profit, community-based collaborative grief center providing: resources, support, therapeutic services, education, training, supervision, and outreach to those experiencing major life changes or challenges.
Compassionate Friends
The mission of The Compassionate Friends: When a child dies, at any age, the family suffers intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated. The Compassionate Friends provides highly personal comfort, hope, and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or a daughter, a brother or a sister, or a grandchild, and helps others better assist the grieving family.
Bereaved Parents Group
Parents who have lost a child(ren) to death Losing a child to death is unique from other losses and can cause feelings of isolation and hopelessness. The purpose of this support group is to connect parents who have experienced this type of loss to lessen their pain in a safe, sharing environment.
- Held every other Tuesday at 6 pm at The Waters Church in Sartell, MN.
- Held every third Thursday of every month at 6 pm at the St. Franciscan Convent and Campus in Little Falls, MN.

The Grief Club of Minnesota
The Grief Club of Minnesota provides a place where grieving children, teens, and families find connections, share their experiences and heal. With support, compassion, education, and hope, The Grief Club of Minnesota provide individual, family, and peer group support by licensed experts at no cost so that children and their families can navigate their grief in healthy ways.

Children's Grief Connection
Children's Grief Connection serves families devastated by the death of a loved one. Families who struggle with feelings of fear, regret, and disconnection. Their isolation is broken by joining with other traumatized families experiencing the same heartache. Together in the safe and compassionate setting of Hearts of Hope Family Grief Camps, families make deep connections that provide support and understanding. Isolation is replaced with connection.
Faith’s Lodge
Grief is your own personal journey. We provide a serene stop along the way. A place where those coping with the death or medically complex condition of a child can find hope and strength for the future. Not to forget; but to reflect. We warmly invite you to take a leap of faith.
Smile Again Ministries
Smile Again Ministries (SAM) is dedicated to parents who have had a child die for any reason and any age. SAM has a retreat center named Whitetail Lodge located near Crosslake, MN, where parents and surviving siblings come for 3-5 nights. During their stay, the parents and siblings receive daily age-appropriate counseling related to the struggles and emotions that follow the death of a child. Events
Angel of Hope Candlelight Vigil
A small service will start indoors at the Sartell Community Center, with the vigil taking place at the base of the Angel after. Families will be provided a white flower to place in memory of their loved ones. If the weather is too cold, the event will be held indoors, and individuals can choose to go to the Angel of Hope if they desire. Light refreshments will be served following the vigil. Join us in remembering those we have lost this year.
Let The Sun Shine Run
2.2 Mile Run/Walk for Mental Health All proceeds will be donated to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation - the world's leading donor-supported organization dedicated to finding the causes, improved treatments and cures for psychiatric illness.
Rays of Hope Walk
When you walk, you honor your loved one while supporting others experiencing grief. The walk will start from the Angel of Hope at Lake Francis in Sartell. Held indoors if it is raining.
